Our Story
In the beginning this started by just getting people out to play pickup flag football at various locations we could find a vacant lot. We discovered a market that did not exist for a competitive local flag football league in the area. Originally starting with 6 teams with roster of 9 players, we quickly grew and went to 12 teams with 15 player rosters. Despite our success, our organization still lacks a consistent facility for playing leagues, tournaments, and Developmental practice. As we are transitioning to develop the kids, having an area in a centralized location Norman, Moore, south OKC areas are ideal because we believe it would give kids a consistent place to go after school to help keep them from doing something that they may regret.
Why
Football has been a gateway to creating endless bonds as well open networking opportunities. We will create an environment allowing people to continue playing the game they love, as well an environment that promotes physical fitness due to the high-level competitive competition. Bringing a new level of competitiveness in flag football to the area while staying true and unique as an organization.
Purpose
EliteHQ / Central Oklahoma Flag Football creates a friendly learning, teaching, and competing environment that accepts individuals with various level of experience to play at a competitive level on a consistent basis. From numerous tournaments throughout the year to seasonal leagues in the city and top talent from local and out of state as competed forces teams to always perform at peak levels.
Mission
EliteHQ / COFF brings the community together with the game of flag football which is continuously growing. Being a place where people know great quality football is taking place in all categories from learning the game with individual training, 7v7, or league play. As we play people will continue to practice and value team work along with other valuable life lessons, while creating new friendships and partnerships.
Vision
COFF/ EliteHQ will strive to bring continuous high level flag football competition to the state of Oklahoma. Teach the proper fundamentals of football ages K-12 through various programs such as individual and group training, 7v7 leagues, and various other programs. While also providing mentorship promoting physical fitness and mental health. Give every kid and adult an opportunity to compete Man, woman, boy, or girl.
